We are passionate about ensuring our customers have a great experience when their products are delivered and installed - it's what we do. As an installation specialist at one of our stores, you will deliver and install products to our customers homes. With this role often being the last point of contact with our valued customers, you will create a memorable customer experience all the while building a lasting relationship. This role will involve engaging with the customer to determine the best way to bring the product into the home, unpacking and installing the product and removal of old products and packaging if requested. We expect you will already be pretty tech savvy and know your way around the hardware, however we will train you of course on everything you need to know.
