Our Finance Operations team incorporates Customer Billing, Credit Control and Accounts Payable & Purchasing. This multi-functional group has responsibility for providing efficient and cost-effective billing, invoicing, and payment support services to meet the needs of internal and external customers for NZ Post.
In this busy and varied role, you'll be responsible for supporting customer billing activities and helping resolve billing queries and adjustments, efficiently and effectively, ensuring that all billing information our customers receive is accurate and arrives in a timely manner to enable prompt payment.
