Telephone Fund Raiser

Outbound Call Centre Team Member

This is a unique opportunity to be part of our dedicated team of callers raising fund for some of New Zealand's leading children's charities.

We are looking for people who:

• Have good life experience and are confident on the phone
• Can carry a conversation
• Can learn the script so that they can communicate the message with prospective donors
• Have English as a first language
• Can pass a Ministry of Justice Conviction Check

No prior experience required. We will train you, mentor you and help you succeed.

We pay an hourly rate, don't do hard sell, objection handling or guilt trips. We just have short simple and passionate conversations with people, a very effective system we have refined over the past 30+ years. Age is no barrier as our staff range from mid-20's into their 70's. Some have worked for us for 15+ years

We are looking for both men and woman with great life experience, mature outlook, confidence, and a desire to work evenings. The hours are Monday - Friday 4pm - 9pm and some weekend work as well.

We have free on-site parking and the right candidate may be given the opportunity to call from home after proving themselves.
