CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFICER | ON CALL | TAURANGA 

  • On Call - work as and when required
  • Location: 54 Sixth Avenue, Tauranga
  • $27.51 per hour

Working from our Tauranga Box Lobby,  our Customer Service Officers deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers at our front counters and by phone.  You'll champion our products and services, provide suggestions and access information for our customers.   Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.   

We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.

SHIFT AVAILABLE:

  1. ON CALL - be available between Monday to Friday: 06:00 - 17:15 and Saturday: 06:00 - 12:30

Day to day you will:

  • Interact with customers whilst ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Keep an eye out for opportunities to improve the way we deliver our services. 
  • Sorting and organising parcels (some heavy lifting is required)

About You:

To be successful in this role you will ideally have a background in customer service, retails skills or experience in mail/ parcel sorting.

What we need from you: 

  • Proven previous experience in a customer facing roles 
  • Availability to work as and when required
  • Have reliable transport to get to work on time
  • Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
  • Administration and data entry skills
  • Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
