Strategic Customer Specialist | Permanent Full Time | East Tamaki

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role

We are currently looking for a Strategic Customer Specialist to join the operations team based in East Tamaki. In this role, you will coordinate and optimise the service delivery outcomes for identified strategic customers. You will be involved in maintaining a direct relationship with these customers and working with other NZ Post specialists and functions to maintain and enhance customer service levels efficiently. A secondary purpose to this role is to work with the relevant product teams to evolve/standardise the solutions as needed.

Mōu - About you

Your experience will be within NZ Post or an operational logistics background with your ability to manage both continuity and change, including the devising of new means to innovate solutions, and discarding processes that no longer serve the organisation. Your proven relationship management skills with the ability to influence, building trust and maintaining strong positive relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels will be highly valued in this role. We're looking for someone who is an energetic and organised self-starter, who acts with customers in mind whilst driving and delivering in a fast-paced environment.
