We are on the hunt for a high energy, hands-on, People First Property Manager to plan, organise, lead and manage our portfolio.
This is not suitable for someone who wants to sit behind a desk.
You will need:
Buckets of Positive Energy.
Problem Solving, Patience and People Skills.
A strong personal presence.
Ability to create fair and reasonable outcomes from stressful situations.
To Love dealing with people face-to-face.
To be practical, proactive and solutions-focused
Skills and confidence using mobile apps and digital tools
A full driver’s licence and be able to flick, swerve and maneuver seamlessly between tasks, people, phone calls, contracts, contractors and projects.
Real life experience and sound judgement.
You might come from hospitality, tourism, facilities coordination, events, small business or operations — but you’re not currently working inside a traditional real estate agency. Full training will be given to the right person to join our expanding team.
This role suits someone who enjoys being visible, approachable and in control of moving parts. No two days are the same — and you wouldn’t want them to be.
