
Service Delivery Manager - St Asaph Street Mail Centre, Otautahi

We are looking for a Service Delivery Manager to join our team based in St Asaph Street.
In this role your focus will be on ensuring our mail products and services “last mile” are delivered in a manner that meets our service standards and our customers' expectations. You'll be responsible for engaging and leading a diverse team of 38 front-line service delivery and support staff.
This is a challenging and exciting role, no two days are ever the same, and you'll be involved in any or all these things, from
Reporting to our Area Service Delivery Manager in Christchurch, this role operates Monday to Friday ideally from 6am to 2.30 pm, however this role needs someone who is flexible to work a combination of hours including early mornings or late afternoons and an occasional Saturday to ensure visibility across your teams and their shifts.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic, commercially savvy and people focused team leader to really make their mark.

You'll be an experienced, hands-on people leader and change manager, with proven experience in developing positive teams, along with the ability to multitask and keep many balls in the air all at once.

Experience of managing relationships within a unionised environment will stand you in good stead.
