Office & Accounts Administrator (Part-Time – 30 hrs, Ellerslie)

Badminton Oceania is seeking a reliable and organised Office & Accounts Administrator to support our small, high-performing team.

This permanent part-time role (30 hours per week) offers excellent variety and the opportunity to play a key role in keeping our operations running smoothly.

Key responsibilities:

  • Accounts administration (invoicing, payments, reconciliations)
  • Day-to-day office coordination and support
  • Travel and accommodation bookings
  • Supporting events and operational delivery
  • Assisting with governance and administrative processes
  • Liaising with suppliers and ensuring systems run efficiently

About you:

  • Proven administration experience (accounts experience an advantage)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using office systems and technology
  • A proactive, dependable team player
  • Able to work independently and take initiative
