
Service Delivery Manager - Invercargill

We are looking for an operational Service Delivery Manager to join our Southland team based in Invercargill. In this role your focus will be on ensuring all products and services “first and last mile” are delivered & picked up, in a manner that meets our service standards and our customers' expectations.
What this really means is that you'll be responsible for leading and managing a service delivery team, Delivery Agents, Couriers and contractors.
This is a challenging and exciting role, no two days are ever the same, and you'll be involved in any or all of these things, from
Reporting to our Area Service Delivery Manager - Invercargill, this role operates Monday to Friday, however this role needs someone a who is flexible to work a combination of hours including early mornings or late afternoons, as the role requires this to ensure visibility across your teams and their shifts.
This is an opportunity for a dynamic, commercially savvy & people focused team leader, to really make their mark.

You'll be an experienced people leader, with proven experience in developing positive teams, along with the ability to multitask and keep many balls in the air all at once.
You'll combine this with
Experience of managing relationships within a contractor environment will stand you in good stead, along with a solid understanding of the logistics industry.
