PROCESSING OFFICER – AIRPOST, SYD BRADLEY ROAD BRANCH

Working as a Processing Officer with NZ Post you are hands on sorting, consolidating and dispatching parcels and freight at our Airpost, Syd Bradley Road branch  ready for our couriers to deliver.   You could be working in any of our products' processing areas, like preparation, manual or machine sorting, consolidation and dispatch.  Its pretty varied, and you keep fit on the job.    This is a physical role - you'll be working in the confined spaces of the air cans and aircrafts, and within strict time schedules.

• $26.10 per hour PLUS and extra $3.21 night rate allowance after 8pm PLUS a wet weather allowance is also paid! 

What we need from you:

• Be a committed teammate, keeping yourself, others and the site safe
• Be ready for a physically demanding role – heavy lifting is required, and you will be working in the confined spaces of the air-cans 
• Current clean driver license
• Enjoy working hard and managing your time
• An eye for detail and good geographical knowledge
