Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Administrative Assistant to join our growing company, focused on delivering a positive experience for our clients and supporting the team.

The successful candidate will be proficient in managing a client database, preparing documentation and ensuring clear client communication.

What the role involves:

  • Managing the client database, including client and profile setup
  • Setting activities according to process deadlines
  • Gathering client information and preparing applications
  • Supporting clients via phone and online channels
  • Working with our team to document and communicate client needs
