
Product Manager

Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
We're looking for an early‑career Product Manager who's ready to step up, build confidence, and grow their product craft in a fast‑moving, real‑world environment. This is a hands‑on development opportunity for someone with around 1–2 years' experience who wants to deepen their product capability while learning alongside experienced product leaders.
You'll join our International Products team based in Highbrook, East Tamaki, supporting the products that bring parcels into New Zealand every day. Working closely with senior product managers, technology teams, commercial partners, and offshore teams, you'll play a meaningful role in keeping international parcels flowing smoothly.
This role sits at the heart of our international product ecosystem. With guidance and support, you'll help drive product initiatives forward, contribute to Agile delivery, and bring clarity and momentum to day‑to‑day product work. It's a great opportunity to gain exposure to the full product lifecycle while improving customer experiences and commercial outcomes.
With support from senior product leaders, you'll:
In your first 6–12 months, success will look like building confidence across the product lifecycle, delivering well‑prioritised initiatives end‑to‑end, and developing strong relationships with stakeholders and delivery teams.
Mōu - About you
You are someone who takes ownership and is comfortable working with a wide range of stakeholders. You ask questions, challenge assumptions, and are confident speaking up when something does not look right. You are organised, commercially aware, and able to bring clarity to complex conversations.
You will also be comfortable working in Agile environments, helping translate product priorities into deliverable work while keeping stakeholders aligned and informed.
