 Kōreromōtetūranga - About the role 

The main purpose of the role is to help drive a culture of Continuous improvement across our Customer Service Delivery Group and our wider organisation. Through coaching, mentoring, facilitation and application of fit for purpose CI methodologies, processes and tools, you'll guide our wider network in problem solving activities, building CI as a core capability for our business.  

You'll be accountable for:  

  • Facilitating and leading problem-solving activity across the network, enabling identification of root causes and effective scoping & implementation of improvement initiatives.   
  • Utilising developed data and insights, identify and motivate initiatives to lead for process and business improvement   
  • provide support and coaching across all levels of CSD group to uplift operational excellence  

  

Mōu - About You  

Ideally you will bring the following skills and experience;  

  • Previous experience in continuous improvement utilising CI methodologies such as Lean Six Sigma across a multi-faceted organisation,  
  • Experience in the design and implementation of structured perform.....ance management tools e.g. Value Driver Trees, Value Chain Analysis,  
  • Sound knowledge and experience implementing CI methodologies into operational practices,  
  • Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification, 
  •  Highly skilled at MS Office applications especially in use of MS Excel for data analysis and MS PowerPoint,  
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and influencing skills and an ability to foster strong working relationships, 
  • Experience in domestic or international large-scale logistics operations ,  
  • Commercially astute, with a strong background in ensuring the success of business perform...ance.  

Though not essential, a Data Analytics qualification or certificate and change management qualification or similar work experienceis desirable.
