Kōreromōtetūranga - About the role
The main purpose of the role is to help drive a culture of Continuous improvement across our Customer Service Delivery Group and our wider organisation. Through coaching, mentoring, facilitation and application of fit for purpose CI methodologies, processes and tools, you'll guide our wider network in problem solving activities, building CI as a core capability for our business.

Ideally you will bring the following skills and experience;
Though not essential, a Data Analytics qualification or certificate and change management qualification or similar work experience is desirable.
