
Project Manager

As we continue to evolve, we're investing in business improvement and technology initiatives that support our customers, people and communities. We're looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a range of organisational changes, working across both business and technology environments.
You will be responsible for delivering projects that enable NZ Post to achieve its strategic objectives. You'll lead projects end‑to‑end, bringing structure, pace and clarity to complex initiatives, and ensuring outcomes are delivered safely, on time and within budget. Projects will include a mix of CAPEX and opex initiatives and may use waterfall, agile or hybrid delivery approaches.

You are an experienced Project Manager who is comfortable working in large, complex organisations and navigating multiple stakeholders, systems and priorities. You bring a pragmatic, delivery‑focused mindset and are able to flex your approach depending on whether a project is predominantly business‑led or technology‑led. You communicate clearly, build trusted relationships, and stay calm and focused under pressure.
You'll bring with you
Project management qualifications (e.g. PRINCE2, PMI, Agile) are advantageous but not essential.
