Operations Improvement Specialist
Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
This is a role where you can make a real impact working at the heart of our processing operations.
The key focus of this role is analysis of operational/sortation performance data and trends across NZ Post sortation centers, identifying patterns, root causes, and translating insight into action. You'll conduct in-depth analysis through insights raised by key internal stakeholders and your own curiosity. You'll design and support the delivery of practical improvement plans, drive consistency, review and embed standard work, and support continuous improvement. We are a culture of continuous improvement, and this role is key to making that a part of how we work every day.
If you enjoy working close to the operation, influencing without authority, and seeing your analysis turn into real change, this role delivers challenge, variety, and purpose.
