
Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist

As a Senior Payroll Compliance Specialist with us, your focus will be on ensuring our employees are paid accurately and on time.
With your deep expertise in end-to-end payroll and navigating complex payroll environments, you'll bring clarity and precision to a fast-moving landscape. Your solid grasp of employment legislation and collective agreements means our people are paid correctly, compliantly and confidently every single time.

Mōu - About you
As an experienced payroll specialist, you'll have proven experience working in complex end to end payrolls, along with strong working knowledge of payroll legislation, especially the Holidays Act. You're comfortable calculating overtime, prorations, leave rates, leave entitlements and final pays manually, ensuring details are validated and every payment is spot-on.
You'll take real pride and ownership of your work, solving minor problems before they escalate into larger issues. As a senior in the team, you'll provide guidance and mentoring to other team members, and your customer ethos will be second to none. You'll combine this with ability to build empathetic, value add and trusted relationships in all interactions.
