We're looking for a friendly, reliable Retail Assistant to join our team in Wellington.
If you enjoy talking with people, take pride in providing great customer service, and are looking for a supportive workplace, we'd love to hear from you. Previous retail experience is helpful but not essential—we're happy to provide training to the right person.
What you'll be doing
- Welcoming and assisting customers
- Processing sales and payments
- Keeping the store clean, organised and well presented
- Restocking shelves and assisting with stock management
- Answering customer questions and providing helpful advice
- Working as part of a small, supportive team
We're looking for someone who is
- Friendly, approachable and enjoys working with people
- Honest, reliable and punctual
- Comfortable using a computer and learning new systems
- Well presented with good communication skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
