
Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist - Network

As a Senior Continuous Improvement Specialist - Network you'll play a key role in driving end-to-end network performance improvement across our Customer Service Delivery network. You'll lead diagnostics, uncover opportunities and deliver targeted improvement initiatives that enhance safety, service and cost outcomes across the business.
This is a role for someone who enjoys tackling complex challenges and turning insights into action. Working closely with operational and network teams and other Continuous Improvement specialists, you'll apply systems thinking, data analysis and structured problem-solving to identify root causes, develop scalable solutions and deliver measurable results.
You'll help shape how continuous improvement is delivered across the network, ensuring initiatives are practical, sustainable and aligned to overall operational performance goals.

You're an experienced continuous improvement professional who enjoys complex operational challenges and making a measurable impact. You are naturally curious, analytical and collaborative, with the ability to connect the dots across multiple functions and identify opportunities that others may miss.
You'll be confident working with large and complex data sets, translating insights into practical recommendations, and influencing stakeholders to drive meaningful change. You thrive in cross-functional environments and enjoy balancing strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
