Kōrero mō te tūranga - About the role
Come and join our Facilities and Property team supporting a large and diverse property portfolio across New Zealand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, working with maintenance schedules, contractors, compliance requirements, and asset information while helping implement and optimise a new asset management system.
This role sits at the heart of facilities and asset management operations. You'll coordinate planned preventative maintenance programmes, manage asset data, support compliance activities, and ensure maintenance work is effectively scheduled and tracked across multiple sites.
You'll also play a key role in working with a modern facilities management system, helping maintain accurate asset information, tracking work orders, producing reports, and ensuring data quality remains high. If you're someone who enjoys technology and finding smarter ways of working, this role will provide plenty of opportunity to make an impact.
Your key responsibilities include:
Mōu - About you
You may come from facilities management, property, maintenance coordination, engineering support, asset management, or a similar operational environment.
You'll combine that with:
Experience with facilities management, asset management, CMMS, CAFM, ERP, or maintenance systems will be highly regarded, although training can be provided for the right person
