Are you interested in working for us as a Retail Assistant over our peak summer period?

Beija Flor Jewellery and Bags operate 2 stores side by side in Napier's CBD offering an extensive range of fine fashion jewellery, handbags, wallets and more.  We offer leading international and New Zealand designer brands including PANDORA, Karen Walker, NAJO, Stolen Girlfriends Club, Status Anxiety,  Louenhide, and many more. 

One of our bestseller brands is the fun and quirky Vendula range of bags and wallets.  Our smaller 'Beija Flor - Bags & More' store is where we showcase our full range of Vendula and is super popular with our domestic and international tourists.

Our existing team of 10 includes full time, part time, and casual members, from high school age to well past retirement age - we have customers from all generations and value the variety of input we get from our team.

We are looking for a Casual Retail Sales Assistant, primarily to work on our Bags store (but may also work in our 'main store' if required):

·        To start late October/early November and be available until late March. 

·        1–2 days per week on a seven-day roster, with flexibility to work additional days if needed

·        Hours may include weekend days and public holidays.

·        Longer term work may become available.

 We are looking for the following qualities/skills:

·        Sales and customer service skills and experience

·        Strong interest in fine fashion jewellery and accessories

·        Comfortable to learn, and work with, our user-friendly computer Point of Sale system

·        Positive and friendly, reliable, adaptable, enjoys working in a team
