An opportunity exists for an experienced personal assistant/administrator to oversee the day-to-day financial affairs for two beneficiaries of a private family trust.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Trustees, the successful candidate will be responsible for payment of accounts, cash flow management, bookkeeping and supplier oversight across a portfolio of personal and trust interests. Duties span from routine bookkeeping and processing in Xero through to the planning and delivery of ad hoc projects, such as travel arrangements.
Key Responsibilities
Providing practical support to the beneficiaries as required.
Assisting with the Annual Budget and managing cash allocation against an agreed monthly distribution plan.
Preparing management accounts and reports and maintaining accurate records in Xero.
Managing creditors and debtors, including timely payment of invoices and collection of receivables.
