As one of the region’s founding wineries, our focus is always on handcrafting premium wines and honouring the traditions that have made us a world-renowned destination, since releasing Central Otago's first commercial vintage in 1987.
Our wine is unfined, unfiltered and sustainably produced. Not only in our wine, but in our dining and other experiences we offer, we create unique and pure reflections of our ruggedly-beautiful and incredibly diverse surrounds. We're inspired by the pursuit of good wine, good food and what we like to call good living.
Our property at Gibbston Valley includes a Luxury Lodge and Villas, Gourmet Deli and Cheesery, Cellar Door and Restaurant.
