Working at our Nelson Operations Centre in Stoke, our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers via email and phone. You'll deal with damaged and undelivered freight items, connect with customers and delivery partners, and manage the administration involved with keeping this busy site humming! Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.
Our On Call Customer Service Representatives are an essential part of our business as we call on them to assist us as and when required. You might be called in to cover illness, extended leave or help us our during our peak delivery periods. It's a great way to balance work and lifestyle!
We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.
