The Service Delivery Coordinator, whilst having no direct reports, will play a key role supporting the Manager to coordinate the resources on site. They are the day-to-day linkage between the Couriers, Delivery Agents, Contract Posties, RD Contractors and Box Lobby staff, ensuring that the resourcing for the day is where it needs to be. You will need to be the type of person who takes a hands-on approach, demonstrating a commitment to safety and fostering a high performing, positive team culture.

Mōu - About you
Wow us with written and verbal communication skills and effective time management
Full clean NZ drivers license (mandatory)
Be self-managing and able to work happily within in a team, and individually
Manage administrative duties with minimal assistance
Have a good level of competence with their computer skills
Demonstrate awareness in safety systems and compliance in an operational environment
Bring an understanding of transport and logistics (advantageous)
