Customer Service Representative | Permanent Part-Time |  Palmerston North

  • $28.20 per hour
  • Tuesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday - 22 hours per week
  • 232 Ruahine Street, Roslyn, Palmerston North

Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role  

Working at our Palmerston North - Terrace End Retail Branch,  our Customer Service Representatives deliver an exceptional level of service to manage inquiries, requests or concerns from customers face to face.  You'll deal with parcel pick up's and drop off's and help our customers with postage enquiries and NZTA transactions!  This role will keep you fit as you will be lifting freight up to 25kgs and be on your feet for the whole shift.  Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills.    

Shift: Tuesday 10:00-17:45, Thursday 10:00 - 17:00, Friday 12:30 - 17:45 and Saturday 08:30 - 12:15

  • Be comfortable lifting 25kgs - you will be on your feet for the whole shift!
  • Have reliable transport to get to work
  • Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes? 
  • Administration and data entry skills 
  • Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
