This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced marketing communications professional to play a key role in shaping and strengthening the NZ Post brand.
Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Communications Manager, you'll provide senior leadership across brand, marketing and customer communications, helping ensure everything we create is strategically aligned, customer-focused and delivers measurable impact. Acting as a trusted advisor and 2IC to the Manager, you'll help translate strategy into action, support business prioritisation and guide decision-making across a range of high-profile initiatives.
You'll lead significant marketing communications programmes, campaigns and customer communication initiatives that span multiple value streams, ensuring our brand is consistently brought to life through meaningful customer experiences and compelling communications. Just as importantly, you'll help lift capability across the wider team, driving best practice, encouraging innovation and contributing to a collaborative, high-perform.ing culture.
Mōu - About you
You're a seasoned marketing communications professional who combines strategic thinking with strong commercial acumen and a passion for building brands. You understand how to translate strategy into effective campaigns and communications that deliver results, while balancing customer needs, business priorities and brand integrity.
You'll bring strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to influence across all levels of the organisation. Equally comfortable leading complex projects as you are guiding others, you'll be known for your ability to bring people together, think creatively and deliver high-quality outcomes in fast-paced environments.
