Kōrero mō te tūranga – About the role
Our Mail Officer's deliver an exceptional level of customer service dealing with inquiries, requests, or complaints from customers at our front counters and Box Lobby's. You'll process mail and freight for our box lobby holders before the store opens so you'll need to be fit as heavy lifting is the norm! You'll be driving our van, covering five city wide box lobby locations so a full driver license is required.
Each day is busy and varied and will see you developing your problem-solving skills. We're a lively bunch, with a diverse set of skills, but we all share one common goal - to contribute to contribute to the growth and prosperity of our beautiful Aotearoa.
We are on the move soon! While you'll start off at our Cashel Street Box lobby, we will be moving into a brand spanking, purpose built new site, still in the city centre.

Mōu - About you
- Be available to work either:
- Shift 1: Tuesday to Saturday 5.00am - 9.00am
- Shift 2: Saturday only, 5.00am - 9.00am
- A full driver license is required
- Problem solving skills – can you think on the fly and find the best outcomes?
- Confidence to interact with people from all backgrounds face to face, phone and email
