Live-In Companion - Hanmer springs

A wonderful opportunity exists for a live-in Companion to support a woman in her 70's. 

Having raised a loving family who now live in Australia, Mrs W is looking for Companionship and support in her home in stunning Hanmer springs.

Mrs W is very independent; she looks after herself extremely well but has some health issues that cause fatigue, particularly when standing. She used to love to cook and garden so someone who enjoys these things would be a great fit.

Your role will include:

• Some light household chores (she has a cleaner)
• Assistance in the garden
• Shopping
• Preparing meals
• Accompanying to appointments
• Going out for walks/coffee/leisurely activities as and when Mrs W feels fit

The role is 30 hours per week; these are flexible hours from Monday-Friday ie: a few hours in the morning and then again in the late afternoon, preparing dinner.

The term of engagement is 6 months with the opportunity to extend.

The home is beautiful; you will have your own space upstairs with the stunning view, including your own bathroom and separate living area.

Requirements:

• First Aid Certificate
• Full, clean drivers licence
