
Brand & Marketing Communications Specialist

As one of two Brand and Marketing Communications Specialists, you'll play a key role in bringing our brand to life through customer-focused communications, integrated campaigns and marketing activity that drives value for the business.
Reporting to the Brand and Marketing Communications Manager, you'll work closely with stakeholders across NZ Post to plan and deliver clear, engaging and strategically aligned communications. You'll be a trusted advisor on brand and marketing communications, helping ensure every touchpoint reflects our human-first brand while supporting strong customer and commercial outcomes.

You're a marketing and communications professional who combines creativity with commercial thinking. You enjoy working across a variety of projects, building strong relationships and influencing outcomes in a collaborative way. You're just as comfortable developing a communications plan as you are reviewing creative, writing a brief or working with stakeholders to solve complex challenges.
You'll bring a customer-centric mindset, strong attention to detail and a passion for delivering communications that are clear, effective and aligned to brand strategy. Most importantly, you'll be someone who enjoys working as part of a supportive team and is always looking for ways to learn, improve and make an impact.
