About the Role:
This is a leadership-focused sales role where you’ll take ownership of the Linen department, ensuring strong sales results, high presentation standards, and an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the day-to-day operations of the Linen department.
- Drive sales performance while delivering an exceptional customer experience.
- Train and develop team members across the linen product range.
- Build strong product knowledge to recommend tailored solutions.
- Assist with merchandising, stock management and operational tasks.
- Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
About You:
We are looking for a motivated sales leader who thrives on achieving results, developing others, and delivering outstanding customer service.
Attributes we are looking for include:
- Proven retail or sales experience, ideally in a leadership or senior role.
- Ability to coach, train, and support team members.
- Creative flair with an eye for visual merchandising and displays.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good numerical skills and confidence working with pricing and deals.
- Physically capable of assisting with stock and occasional lifting.
