About the Role:

This is an entry-level, customer-focused role where you’ll ensure every customer enjoys a smooth and positive checkout experience. You’ll receive training on our systems and processes to help you succeed.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately process sales, gift vouchers, returns and credit claims using POS systems.
• Always provide exceptional customer service.
• Maintain point of sale supplies including EFTPOS, finance and docket books.
• Support the presentation and organisation of the Computer’s department.
• Assist with stocktakes and general operational tasks.
• Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.

About You:

We’re looking for someone with a positive attitude who enjoys helping customers and working in a fast-paced retail environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and develop retail skills.
• Basic computer literacy and numeracy skills.
• Previous customer-facing experience (desirable).
• Ability to work weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, resilient and detail oriented.
