Combine your creativity and customer service skills in this exciting PhotoCentre Operator role with Harvey Norman! Based in our Tory Street store, you’ll help customers bring their memories to life through high-quality photo products and services.

 

Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your skills, we’ll provide full training on our systems and equipment.

 

About the Role:

This is a customer-focused and creative role responsible for the day-to-day operation of the PhotoCentre.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service throughout the PhotoCentre experience
  • Operate photographic processing equipment safely and efficiently
  • Edit, manipulate and restore images using software such as Photoshop
  • Create photo products including canvases, photo books, calendars, gifts and prints
  • Prepare image files on USBs and other formats for customers
  • Support cashiering and general sales duties as required
  • Work across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays

About You:

You’re creative, detail-oriented, and enjoy helping customers bring their ideas to life.

 

Attributes we are looking for include:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Confident using computers and imaging technology
  • Customer-first mindset with a proactive attitude
  • Photoshop or image processing experience (desirable)
  • Retail experience (desirable)
  • Availability for weekends and public holidays
