                    Are you ready to take the next step in your leadership journey? We're seeking an experienced and dynamic Regional Manager Trade Centres to lead and inspire our network of Trade Centres across the Northern region.

                    This role is a critical leadership position responsible for driving sales performance, delivering outstanding customer experiences, and empowering a high-performing team of Trade Centre Managers. You’ll oversee multiple Trade Centre locations, ensuring operational excellence, strong team engagement, and a commitment to safety and service.

                    The successful applicant must be based in the Auckland region, as the role involves regular travel throughout the Northern area, Whangarei to Hamilton.

                    Key Responsibilities:

                    • Lead, coach, and develop a team of Trade Centre Managers to achieve sales, margin, and service goals
                    • Drive regional growth through strategic planning, sales initiatives, and performance management
                    • Ensure store presentation aligns with the NZ Safety Blackwoods brand standard
                    • Manage budgets, inventory, store audits, and operational effectiveness
                    • Foster cross-functional collaboration with internal teams including Sales, Marketing, HR, and Supply Chain
                    • Champion health, safety, and employee engagement initiatives

                    Skills and Experience:

                    • Proven experience in senior sales or marketing roles, preferably in a multi-site environment
                    • Strong people leader with a passion for coaching, development, and building engaged teams
                    • Financially savvy, results-driven, and strategically minded
                    • Excellent planning, communication, and commercial negotiation skills
                    • A collaborative mindset and strong focus on delivering great customer outcomes
